The early check-in was a lifesaver after that long drive. The staff really made a difference, especially when they welcomed us like we were old friends.

It was a bit on the pricey side , but worth it for the one night.

This was just a balanced option for a walk in the evening in Greenville with attractive and competitive value for money. The lady at the counter was wonderful and very helpful, despite the mix-up with our room location. Make sure to confirm your room details during check-in to avoid surprises.

No elevators, which made carrying luggage a nightmare!!! Unprofessional handling of service animal policies and unclear deposit requirements contributed to a frustrating experience. Laundry area could use better maintenance!!!

this hotel is a wonderland of misleading promises. no breakfast or coffee served, how quaint! i had a kitchen without any pots or pans, just lovely. and the unexpected $150 deposit? charming. i almost thought of giving a positive review, but this place deserves a serious reality check, not red-carpet treatment for guests, it seems.
